From Your Hosts Stan and Arin Bader:
We happily share the bountiful harvest from our organic garden and vineyard with guests. At breakfast you will find berries and fresh produce, along with delicious baked goods from our kitchen. The honey for your toast or tea comes from our own bees, who gather nectar from the desert flowers. Our 2½acre vineyard produces grapes for local New Mexico wineries, as well as sweet raisins you'll enjoy as an evening snack.
We invite you to take a break from the hectic world and experience the many pleasures of our bed and breakfast vineyard. Whether you enjoy walking or bird watching by the river, sketching the landscape, or sitting in the courtyard with a good book: we think you'll find the comfortable tranquillity you seek at Las Parras de Abiquiu.
While sparing no effort to make your time at Las Parras as enjoyable as possible, both Stan and Arin follow artistic pursuits. Arin fashions stunning masks in vibrant colors, and Stan crafts birdhouses made from pieces of cottonwood he finds around the property.Their creations are available for purchase.
