RATES:
$145 a night which includes room & breakfast for 2 people.

BREAKFAST:
Served at 8:30 am.

CHECK–IN:
After 3:00 pm.

CHECK–OUT:
11 am.

DEPOSIT:
Accommodations held with credit card.

CANCELLATION:
Refund available up to 7 days before scheduled arrival date, or if room can be rented for the same period of time. Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for their entire reserved stay.

SMOKING:
Only permitted outside, regardless of weather.

PETS:
Not allowed unless special arrangements are made.
